These qualifications are basic for most resorts

  If you have any questions about the resort that you wish to attend, please contact

 us and we will be happy to explain it in more detail to you.

 This promotion is designed for gainfully employed married couples and 

 co habitating partners over the age of 25 (30 at some resorts)

that meet the following  criteria.

 (singles can qualify at participating resorts. )

 Us citizens speaking fluent english, with a combined annual household

 income of $40,000 or above

 (depending on location).

 All participants must complete a 60 or 90 minute preview tour and

 presentation with the sponsoring resort.

 ( you are under no other obligation to join or purchase

anything).

 You both will be required to present 2 forms of identification.

 A valid drivers license or other state issued ID

 If you have different last names, you will need matching ID's.

If that isn't possible, they can accept 2 bills sharing the same property.

  You must have major credit card in good standing. Debit cards and/or check books qualify 

at some resorts. Any additional gifts offered by the sponsoring resort, 

 other than accomodations,  are awarded after completion of presentation.

 Group travel (more than one family or household) are ineligible for this promotion,

 and  considered as not meeting the required qualifications.

 You can not have toured a timeshare property in the last 6-12 months

 (depending on the property)

How do we process a reservation you may ask?

Once we have determined that you qualify for the tour

or vacation package, we must ask for basic information, which

does include name, address, phone number, credit card  (for mini vacations)

 and email address so as a confirmation letter can be sent to

 you. No tax is payed to us.

 Tax must be paid to the hotel either upon your arrival or

your departure depending on their policies.  

 When we email you the paypal link, you have 24 hours to

pay for your vacation. When we charge through pay pal there

 is a $10 dollar admin fee. If we haven't received payment

within the 24 hours from the reservation date, we will have

  no choice but to cancel the reservation request.  We require

payment to process.  The fulfillment center

is also responsible with sending you a confirmation letter.  

You will receive a letter indicating your tour date/time

for guests that are just going on a tour.  If you are taking a

 vacation which involves a room, you will receive a

 confirmation letter indicating the location of your hotel. 

Once you arrive at your hotel, there will be an additional

welcome letter waiting for you that will give you the exact

location of your tour, with date and time. All vacation

 purchases are final, and are non refundable.  If you must

cancel your reservation,  we can reschedule it up to

a year from date of purchase.  We hope these provisions are

not too hard to follow and if you have any questions, please
