Between the Administration buildings and the residential area you'll find a miniature golf course, a large children's playground and a spectacular swimming pool and spa. Walkways meander around the grounds with tranquil streams and ponds.   After sell-out, the luxuriously appointed clubhouse will include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a large lounge and a reception area.
